From economy punch blanks (including "slide and drive") through to precision piercing punches, Berger Tools hold a wide range of standard blanks in stock available for next day delivery within the UK. Manufactured from the highest quality materials, these punches are long lasting and hardwearing, and produce excellent results. We also have a new punch and die system for self tapping screws, which is used to shear and shape sheet metal, enabling self threading screws to be attached and tightened whilst avoiding the need for a collar.
Includes headed (both countersunk and cylindrical) and headless dies. These are available in a range of different materials and coatings which provide extended life and excellent corrosion and friction resistance without the use of oil, grease or graphite. This section also includes ball lock punch retainers, for higher quality finished parts, longer punch life and drastically reduced downtime.
