Q: How do I view your product prices?

A: After listening to our customer feedback, there is no longer the need to register before prices are revealed. Once on the page for your chosen item, simply select the details (sizes, materails etc) from the options displayed, and the price will be shown. Prices displayed are net prices, excluding VAT.


 

Q: How can I see more information about an item?

A: Click on the 'Tech Spec' tab, and a pdf will be displayed, with further product information and full technical specification.


 

Q: Do you have a minimum order charge?

A: We have no minimum order charge, however should your order exceed £75 in value, bear in mind that we offer FREE standard* UK delivery on net total order values of £75 or more *Conditions apply. *Standard delivery is to mainland UK addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands and to a maximum delivery weight of 30kg. Customers outside the standard delivery regions or orders over the standard 30kg weight will receive £6.95 off their delivery charge when spending £75.00 or over.


 

Q: How much do I have to pay for carriage?

A: Carriage will be calculated once you have confirmed all the items in your basket and wish to check out. For an indication of our carriage charges, click here. Don't forget you also have the option to collect your order, or alternatively supply us with your carrier details and have your goods collected by them.


 

Q: How do I qualify for FREE delivery?

A: We offer FREE standard* UK delivery on net total order values of £75 or more *Conditions apply. *Standard delivery is to mainland UK addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands and to a maximum delivery weight of 30kg. Customers outside the standard delivery regions or orders over the standard 30kg weight will receive £6.95 off their delivery charge when spending £75.00 or over.


 

Q: I am a hobbyist - can I still order, or do you only take trade orders?

A: We are happy to supply both trade customers and those who are buying for their hobby or DIY.  


 

Q: The item I want is listed but not in the size I need?

A: We can only display standard sizes on the web, but don't worry. We have many more sizes available, please call one of our sales team on +44 (0) 1732 763377 9am - 5pm GMT, or use the Contact Us form to get in touch.


 

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: When placing you order the stock availability is displayed. If your item(s) are not available please allow 7 working days plus your specified delivery time for your order to arrive.

If your items are all available in stock, your order will be dispatched same day for next working day delivery, providing we receive your order before 2pm GMT. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your order is received by our sales team.


 

Q: I need my order faster than the date advised, can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?

A: We all forget to order things in time, so don't worry. Call the office +44 (0) 1732 763377 and one of our sales team will advise if a special shipment direct from our factory can be made. Be advised that an additional carriage surcharge will apply.


 

Q: My order hasn't arrived / there's a problem, can you help me?

A: We're here to help. It's part of our service to provide supply chain & product support. If you have an urgent problem please contact the sales office +44 (0) 1732 763377 and one of our team will help. Alternatively use the Contact Us form provided and leave full details of your problem.
