PST Pressure Plate
These pressure plates are made of hardened steel and are used to provide a hardened surface on moulds thus increasing the life of the mould. The mould quality is also improved without a large investment. They decrease the flat contact surface of the mould, can be used to adjust the mould and provide safer, more permanent mould closures, avoiding the risks of pinches. These pressure plates are easy to use and plug into 3d projects.
They can also be supplied in a 64-68 HRD nitrided variant, which have sliding properties and can be used as a base for slides etc.
We can also supply customised pressure plates, in special dimensions - simply send us your drawings. Similarly we can supply flat pressure plates, without cross cut oil grooves or with specific grooves to meet your own project needs.
