This range of guide pillars (also known as guide pins), ball cages and bushes are vital components for the building and smooth running of press and mould tools. Guide pillars are used to guide the press or mould tool to ensure correct alignment of the top and bottom parts of the die-set. Bushes are used as connectors and ball cages ensure smooth, trouble free movement within the tooling. Demountable options can be lifted from the tooling in one piece, and without disassembling the tool, and are used to increase efficiency and allow a fast change of use. These components ensure accurate, precise results each time.
All parts in this section are manufactured within a tight range of tolerances to be fully compliant with ISO 9182 or ISO 9448 standards which also specifies the material and hardness’s required.
