Product Description
GN521.3 (VDS+IR) Plastic Handwheel with Retractable Handle.
The shape, design and quality of these GN 521.3 disc handwheels meet high expectations whilst being very competitively priced.
The handle in these safety handwheels is locked into position in a conical bore during use or into its recess when at rest. A pressure spring holds the handle in either rest position and cannot be accidentally knocked. When the handle is used in the operating position, it is firmly anchored. It has to be pulled out of the rest position parallel to the shaft to fold it in. When swung back out, into the operation position, it will automatically engage.
The cover conceals clamping elements, e.g. countershaft pulleys, as well as protruding and recessed shafts. For mounting, the cover is pushed in by hand. For dismantling, the cover can be raised and taken off by applying moderate pressure on the rim of the cover.
