GN927.4 Clamping Lever with Eccentrical Cam, Internal Thread.

These clamping levers, GN 927.4, are used for rapid clamping and releasing operations. Unlike clamping operation via a thread, these levers allow a torque-free clamping.

The lever has been designed to ensure that its movement cannot exceed the maximum clamping force.

These levers are fully assembled with no loose parts.

Type A has additional advantages in that the distance between the eccentrical cam and the contact surface is adjustable by means of a fine pitch thread. This allows the maximum clamping force to be set by a simple adjustment. In addition this also allows the choice of the preferred lever position in relation to the clamping lever pin.

With these clamping levers, clamping forces of up to 8 kN can be reached.

Lever - Zinc die casting, plastic-coated (abrasion proof epoxy resin).

Axis, lag nut, setting nut - Stainless Steel NI, AISI 303

Contact plate Type A - Technopolymer (Polyactetal POM), glass-fibre reinforced.

Contact plate Type B - Technopolymer (Polyamide PA), glass-fibre reinforced.
