Product Description
GN880 Oil Drain Valves
Oil drain valves, GN 880, may be used for draining non-pressurised oil, and also for vacuum drainage. Once installed, the valve repeatedly allows for easy and clean drainage of oil tanks and sumps, and are ideal in situations where oil changes need to be carried out on a frequent basis.
Other features are:
- easy and safe handling
- optimum flow rate
- high pressure resistance (up to 100 bar)
- high temperature resistance, (-30 °C to +120 °C, or 180 °C for short periods)
- 100 % seal-tight tested
The flow volume (l/min.) depends on the viscosity of the medium, the filling quantity and the temperature. Guidance values available on request.
Connectors are required to release the valve, see GN880.1 and connectors with drain hose GN880.1
Oil drain valves and connectors may also be bought as a kit, GN880 which benefits from a discounted price.
Specification
Valve body - Steel, zinc plated, blue passivated ST. Brass MS.
Valve plate - Brass, O-ring rubber FPM (Viton®).
Sealing disc DIN7603 A - Copper.
Protective cap - Plastic (Polyamid PA).
Retaining cable - Stainless steel NI.
