EP-A-SL Ejector Pin, Rinox Stainless Steel, ISO 6751
These top quality ejector pins are made from stainless steel, ideal for many applications in the food and medical industries. They have an excellent dimensional stabilty and a high wear resistance, making them useful for the processing of plastics with abrasive and corrosive fillers and where acid vapours, fire resistant additives and moulding gas may be present. They are also used in the moulding of PVC.
They are capable of hot working up to 500C and have a good machinability. They withstand surface treatment or coatings at temperatures higher than 200°C (TiN, nitriding etc.) and are suitable for a polished finish.
