EP-A-NP Ejector Pin, Nitrided & Polished DIN 1530A, 6175, EES-2C
These ejector pins are nitrided and polished, and are particularly suitable for pressure die cast tools.
Specification
Shaft: At least 950 HV 0.3 on surface. Core strength approx. 1400 N/mm2
Head: HRC 45 +10 / -5
Hot working tool steel 1.2343, 1.2344 or similar. H13 Temper resistance at least 600°C.
Cylindrical head hot forged, shaft fine ground finished.
Nitrided and Polished
Also available in nitrided and oxidized finish EP-A-NB
