Their usage temperature is largely limited by the red lacquering. For higher temperatures, blank U- magnets are available on request. To avoid negatively impacting the magnetic properties, the fastening screws should be made of a non-magnetic material such as stainless steel, brass or plastic. For easier handling and to avoid demagnetization, a galvanized iron plate protects the magnetic surface of the magnet during storage and trans- port. see also... • More Information to Retaining Magnets → Page 2028 • Button-Type Magnets GN 60 (with Bore) → Page 2062 • Pot Magnets GN 58 (with Bore) → Page 2040 GN 62 U-Magnets with Bore 1 Material of the magnet 2 b 1 How to order 1 2 GN62-AN-45 • Material of the magnet AlNiCo AN Aluminum, nickel, cobalt (Temperature resistant up to 450 °C) • Lacquering red Temperature resistant up to 180 °C • RoHS Specification 1 Information • Plain, temperature resistant up to 450 °C On request 2 b 1 b 2 d h 1 h 2 m s Nominal magnetic forces in N 22 25 7 17 9 - 8 30 30 20 5 20 11 - 15 45 39 25 4,7 25 14 - 19 90 45 30 5,2 30 17 - 22 120 57 44,5 8 35 23 31,5 28 180 60 61,5 7 39 26 - 32 250 70 57 8 41 25 38 35 320 79 82 9,5 54 36 43 38,5 470
