They are the carrier channels for roller tracks GN 646.1 and for ball tracks GN 646.2 and feature a high degree of stiffness and rigidity. The carrier profile is designed such that roller and ball tracks and con- tainment edge strips GN 646.4 can be assembled without mounting hard- ware. Using connectors GN 646.6 (Type C), the carrier rail profiles can be as- sembled together, to create longer profile extensions. The standard lengths match the 270 length of the roller and ball tracks.
