Pedrotti SPA A story that begins in 1965... Pedrotti is an Italian company specialising in the production of high quality standard elements and molud bases for the plastic injection, die-casting and sheet metal stamping industries. Situated among green hills, a few kilometres from Garda Lake, Pedrotti operates in two manufactu- ring plants in Prevalle ( Pedrotti Meccanica Spa ) and Gavardo ( Pedrotti Normalizzati Italia Sp a) on a covered area of over 25,000 square meters. More than 150 employees work here every day, with strong competence, to provide our customers with the best technical solutions and a truly customized service . Countless applications Pedrotti mould bases and components are used in many market fields, including: aluminium die casting, as well as zinc and magnesium, plastic injection, metal stamping, progressive dies, blan- king and die-forming tools. Special Products In the field of general mechanics, the production of special parts, including large ones, has always been our flagship area. In the field of the components, we are able to support the customer even in the phase of customization phase of a product which is made from a drawing . Pedrotti uses only high quality materials , which meet the requirements of workability of the plates and comply with the technical performance that the mould must provide during its use. We hold a wide range of steel in stock, such as 1.1730, TOOLOX 33 by SSAB and ROYALLOY by Uddeholm. We handle all the most common materials, such as pre-hardened steels 1.2311, 1.2312, 1.2738, annealed 1.2343, 1.2344, 1.2767, the stainless 1.2083 and 1.2085 , and some aluminium.
